Qimedo Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Qimedo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before submitting any return or refund request.
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt from the date of delivery, if the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and remains in its original condition, including all accessories, attachments, and undamaged packaging.

The item is not marked as non-returnable, final sale, or otherwise excluded.

The return request is made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@qimedo.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide the correct return address based on your location.

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels except in cases of product quality issues (see Section 5). You (the customer) should check and bear the cost of the return shipping via your chosen courier or postal service. Please send us the tracking number once you have shipped the item.

Pack the item(s) securely and ship them to the address we provide.
2. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased directly from Qimedo.com.

For returns due to product defects, damage, or our error: Qimedo will fully cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.

For returns due to change of mind, wrong size/model, or other non-defective reasons: Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and verify compliance with return conditions, we will issue a refund within 4-7 business days to your original payment method (Shopify or PayPal).
Please note: The 30-day guarantee does not apply to products that have been used, opened, or compromised in packaging. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled mid-transit.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to Qimedo’s error (damaged/defective/incorrect product): Qimedo pays for return shipping.

If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, accidental order, etc.): Customer pays return shipping.
Refunds cover the original purchase price of the product only. Shipping fees, third-party payment fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@qimedo.com.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of order placement incur no cancellation fees, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

After the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may instead initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.

Rejecting delivery or failing to follow our return process may result in the item being lost in transit or refused by our warehouse — you may become ineligible for refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges (i.e., swap for a different item).
If you want a different model, color, or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@qimedo.com with photos/videos of the issue and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7-10 business days of us approving it, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@qimedo.com so we can help.
7. International Orders
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties/taxes, unless the return is due to Qimedo’s error.
Ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging to avoid delays or deductions.
