Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition (including all accessories, attachments and undamaged packaging materials); otherwise, returns may not be approved.
- The item must not be marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return an Item:
Contact us at info@qimedo.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address based on your location.
Currently, we are unable to provide return shipping labels. We kindly ask that you check the return shipping cost with your courier or postal service. Please also provide us with the tracking number once the return shipment has been made.
Once you receive the return address, please securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the provided address.
2. Refund
- We offer a 30-day hassle-free money-back guarantee(We only provide prepaid return label for quality problem products. Other than that, customers need to pay for the return shipping fee.). This only applies to product purchased directly from Qimedo. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy
- Generally speaking, if the customer receives the product, contact us to return it. After the customer returns the goods, we will refund the customer about 4-7 working days. we will refund your order directly from the backend of the Shopify website or via PayPal
- Please note-30-Day money-back guarantee not applicable on unpacked/used products. Please make sure the package is in good condition and will not affect the re-sale. In addition, the shipped orders and cannot be refunded during transportation
Return Shipping Costs:
- Contact us at info@qimedo.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address based on your location.
- Currently, we are unable to provide return shipping labels. We kindly ask that you check the return shipping cost with your courier or postal service. Please also provide us with the tracking number once the return shipment has been made.
- Qimedo will refund the original purchase price of the product in full. Additional costs, including but not limited to shipping fees, third-party payment processing fees, and handling charges.
- If the return is due to Qimedo's error (e.g., damaged/defective products, incorrect product shipped), Qimedo will fully cover return shipping fees. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided in such cases.

If the return is initiated for non-defective/non-error-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, accidental order), Qimedo may charge shipping fees for the return. Attention: Currently, we are unable to provide return shipping labels. We kindly ask that you check the return shipping cost with your courier or postal service. Please also provide us with the tracking number once the return shipment has been made.
- Once you receive the return address, please securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the provided address.
Original payment method refunds are required unless otherwise mutually agreed.
3. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us at info@qimedo.com as soon as possible, before the order is shipped. While we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation, as we process orders quickly.
For standard products, cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement incur no cancellation fees.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please wait for the delivery and initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.
Note: Failure to follow the return process, or rejecting a delivered order, may result in the loss of the item during transit or rejection by our warehouse due to missing return registration, which could make you ineligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@qimedo.com with a description and photos/videos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7-10 business days, please check with your payment provider or bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@qimedo.com
7. International Orders
For international returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and customs duties. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging to avoid any delays.
