Product Usage EN
How do I remove the brush head? It's very hard to pull off.
To enhance your user experience, the connection point is designed to be tight, which may make it harder to remove, especially the first time you use it. Please try holding the base of the brush head and pulling it straight out with some force. It should come off without the need for any additional tools. If you're still unable to remove it, please send us a video for further assistance.
The black transparent tube inside the tank looks dirty. Can I remove it for cleaning?
Absolutely NOT! Please do NOT attempt to remove that black tube.
Reason: That is the vital Suction Tube connected to the internal pump. It is fixed by design. Forcing it out will break the connection or ruin the seal, causing permanent damage where the machine will no longer spray.
Cleaning Tip: If you want to clean the inside of the tank, simply add some clean water, shake the tank vigorously, and then pour it out.
What is the small button next to the water inlet for?
That is the Air Release Valve.
Function: After filling the tank, air resistance might prevent water flow. Pressing this button releases excess air and balances the pressure, helping water flow smoothly into the pump.
When to use: Press this white button several times after every refill, or whenever you notice the mop is not spraying water. This usually resolves the issue.
Battery & Charging EN
The battery won't charge, and the light stays green or doesn't turn on. What should I do?
Please try unplugging and replugging the charger and battery. If the issue persists, please verify by recording a video showing the charging status (and the indicator light). We will determine if it's a battery or charger issue and solve it
The charger/battery I received looks different from my old one. Did I get the wrong item?
Please don't worry. Due to different production batches, the appearance of accessories may vary slightly. However, as long as it was purchased from our official store or sent by us, the specifications (e.g., 18V-21V) are universal and compatible. You can use it with confidence.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting EN
The machine stops shortly after turning on, or won't turn on at all. What should I do?
Please help us perform a test: Remove the brush head (motor head) and connect only the battery to the handle. Check if the handle lights up or works properly. Please record a video of this test and send it to us. This helps us determine if the issue is with the motor head or the battery/handle so we can send the correct replacement.

Why do you require a video from me?
The video helps our engineers accurately diagnose the cause of the failure. It is also a necessary document for our finance department to approve warranty claims (replacements or refunds). This significantly speeds up the processing of your request.
Accessories & Compatibility EN
Where can I buy replacement brush heads, batteries, or chargers?
You can purchase all original accessories directly from our official website (qimedo.com). If you are unsure which model you need, please send us your machine model, and we will provide the correct link.
What if I receive the product with missing parts (e.g., brush heads, bracket)?
We are very sorry about that. Please take a photo showing all the items you received laid out and send it to us along with your Order Number. Once confirmed, we will send the missing parts immediately.
General Questions EN
Can I add floor cleaner or disinfectant to the water
Yes, but please note the following:
- Choose Mild Products: You can use common non-corrosive, neutral floor cleaners or disinfectants (like Dettol). Strictly avoid strong acids, strong alkalis, or bleach, as these may corrode internal seals.
- Pre-dilute: We recommend mixing the cleaner with water in a separate container before pouring it into the tank to prevent high-concentration liquid from clogging the nozzle.
- Water Temperature: Please use cold or warm water. Do NOT use boiling water, as it may damage the plastic tank.
I pressed the spray button, but no water is coming out. How do I troubleshoot?
Please try the following steps:
- Release Air: Even if there is water, an "air lock" might be blocking it. Please press the Air Release Button next to the inlet several times.
- Check Installation: Ensure the water tank is securely clicked into place and not loose.
- Unclog Nozzle: If not used for a long time, the nozzle might be clogged with scale. You can gently use a fine needle to unclog the spray hole at the front of the unit.
- Check Tube: Ensure the black suction tube inside the tank is submerged in the water.

刷头很难拆卸,我该怎么办?
为了提升您的使用体验,我们将接口设计得比较紧,尤其是第一次使用时,拔出可能会比较困难。请尝试握住刷头根部,用力垂直直接拔出。通常无需使用额外工具即可拔出。如果您仍然无法拆卸,请拍摄视频联系我们,我们会提供进一步的帮助。
水箱里面的黑色透明管子看起来脏了,我可以把它拆下来清洗吗?
绝对不可以!请千万不要尝试拆卸那根黑色的管子。
原因: 那是连接机器内部水泵的关键抽水管(Suction Tube)。它是固定设计的,一旦强行拔出,会导致连接断裂或密封失效,造成机器永久性损坏无法喷水。
清洁建议: 如果您想清洁水箱内部,可以加入少量清水,剧烈摇晃水箱后倒出即可。
加水孔旁边有一个小的按钮,它是做什么用的?
那是 排气阀(Air Release Valve)。

可以,但请注意以下几点:
