How soon will I receive my package after my order is placed?
There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your package.
1. Item Processing Time:
The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category. Usually, it is around 1 to 2 working days to process.
2. Shipping Method:
Delivery time varies with the shipping method.
Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from. You can also check the follow form for more detail about the delivery time:

Customs and Import Duties:
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Qimedo ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Qimedo is not responsible for any fees occurs in transit. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders over USD 49 (after discounts, excluding tax).
A USD $6.99 shipping fee applies to orders under USD $49 and certain international orders.
Please note that an additional fee of $14.99 will be charged for shipments to Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Iceland, Belgium, Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is verified.
We only process and ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped, containing your tracking number(s). You can also review the shipping information of your order using this link(https://www.17track.net/en) by entering your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or anyone else who may have received the package on your behalf.
