We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality cleaning tools and transparent after-sales support.
This policy outlines your warranty rights, claim procedures, and coverage limitations.
PART 1 – What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This limited warranty does not cover the following:

Commercial or industrial use of household products.

Improper power supply (low voltage, defective wiring, or inadequate fuses).

Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow official Qimedo instructions.

Unauthorized repair, alteration, modification, or disassembly.

Service performed by unauthorized providers.

Compatibility or reliability issues caused by third-party, non-Qimedo parts.

Data loss resulting from product use.

Failures caused by third-party accessories or external devices.
-
Operation outside permitted environments (falls, extreme heat/cold, or water exposure).

Products or parts with altered or removed identification labels.
-
Non-quality-related issues (e.g., aesthetic dissatisfaction, accidental order).

Products without valid proof of purchase.

Lost, stolen, refunded, or replaced items.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
-
Items repaired or modified by unauthorized third parties.

Complimentary, giveaway, or free promotional products.
Note: Qimedo is not liable for personal belongings sent to our service center or for damage/loss of such items during transit.
Product and Part Replacement
Replaced items become Qimedo’s property.
Replacement products may be refurbished but will be in good working condition and functionally equivalent to the original.
The remainder of the original warranty period (or 90 days, whichever is longer) applies.
Use of Personal Contact Information and Data
By requesting warranty service, you authorize Qimedo to collect and process necessary personal and product data (name, contact info, purchase details, diagnostic data).
This information is used solely for repair, replacement, or customer-care communication.
Qimedo may contact you regarding:

Service quality or satisfaction feedback

Product updates, safety recalls, or technical notices
If you refuse authorization, certain services may not be available.
Your data may be transferred to affiliated service centers in countries where Qimedo operates and disclosed when required by law.

Warranty Period Commencement
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date listed on your invoice.
For pre-orders, coverage starts from the shipping date from Qimedo’s local warehouse.
Shipping Arrangements
Customers are responsible for sending the defective item to the address provided by Qimedo.
If the issue is covered under warranty, Qimedo will repair or replace the product and return it free of charge.
If the defect is not covered, inspection or shipping fees may apply.
DAP Policy (Defective Arrival Product)
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or non-functional, contact Qimedo within 30 calendar days of delivery to start a DAP claim.
Eligible replacements or refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after Qimedo receives the returned product in original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

Warranty service is available only in the region of original purchase.
Services not covered by this warranty may incur reasonable service fees.
Your Other Rights
This warranty provides additional protection beyond your local statutory rights.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights that cannot be waived or limited.
Nothing here affects those rights.
Limitation of Warranty
To the extent allowed by law:

This Limited Warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied.

Qimedo disclaims implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Where such disclaimers are not allowed, the duration of implied warranties is limited to this express period.
Some regions do not allow limits on how long implied warranties last, so this limitation may not apply to you.
